About Cliffview Primary_Northcliff Johannesburg

Established in January 1970, Cliffview Primary School has grown from its humble beginnings in prefabricated buildings within Northcliff High School to a thriving educational institution in the heart of Johannesburg. Originally known as Northcliff Second Primary School, it adopted the name Cliffview Primary School through the dedication of its founding parent body. The school relocated to its permanent premises on Norman Drive in 1973, marking the beginning of a journey of continuous growth and excellence. Over the decades, Cliffview has been led by a series of dedicated principals, each contributing to the school’s development and success. Today, under the leadership of Miss A. Nundkissor, our dynamic management team comprises 42 educators, 5 administrative staff, and a committed support team, serving a vibrant student body of approximately 986 learners. At Cliffview Primary School, we are committed to providing a holistic education, blending a strong academic foundation with a diverse range of extra-mural activities. Our students are encouraged to excel in academics, sports, and cultural pursuits, fostering a well-rounded educational experience that prepares them for future success.
