About Clifton Gray | Property Recruitment Specialists

Clifton Gray, Placing Property Professionals. Clifton Gray is a specialist property recruitment consultancy. We work hard to connect property professionals looking to climb the career ladder, with employers who understand that quality hires are the key to a great business. Founded by dedicated partnership Lisa Clifton and Rachael Gray, after collectively working in recruitment for almost 30 years, Clifton Gray was built upon the belief that recruiters could ‘do a lot better’. Clifton Gray is an independently run, independently minded recruitment consultancy. We specialise in placing property professionals, within architecture, residential property and commercial property. We recruit at all levels from junior level appointments to directorships. We dig deeper, and we work harder to really understand our clients. We recognise that culture is as important as capability, and we believe that a company becomes great, by hiring great people. Its’ that simple.
