About Climate Change Hub Greece
The Climate Change Hub is a scalable multi-year initiative of three international institutions, the Resilience Cities Catalyst (RCC), the Democracy & Culture Foundation (DCF), and the Hellenic Foundation for European & Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP), with the purpose to enable climate change action and to promote the green transition in Greece and the broader region of Southeast Europe. The Climate Change Hub’s mission is to contribute to the achievement of Greece’s national green transition and resilience goals, by enhancing cooperation, coordination and collaboration between government agencies, the civil society, and the scientific community. - Ο Κόμβος Κλιματικής Αλλαγής είναι μία σύμπραξη τριών φορέων διεθνούς εμβέλειας: του διεθνούς μη κυβερνητικού οργανισμού Resilience Cities Catalyst (RCC), του ιδρύματος The Democracy and Culture Foundation (DCF) και του Ελληνικού Ιδρύματος Ευρωπαϊκής και Εξωτερικής Πολιτικής (ΕΛΙΑΜΕΠ).
