About Clock Tower Company

Clock Tower Company is an off-campus housing company built by WashU alumni who understand what students actually need to live well during their college years. Our mission is simple: Share the magic of an exceptional off-campus experience! We focus on thoughtfully designed apartments near campus that combine historic charm with modern layouts, quality construction, and practical amenities. Your home sets your energy and mood. Our open-concept floor plans are airy, communal, and filled with natural light to help our residents thrive. Quality is at the core of everything we build; From the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems behind the walls to the finishes and furniture you see and touch, everything is new and built to last. Your safety and comfort come first. Great housing also means great service. Residents can manage their entire experience 24/7 through our easy-to-use online portal. Our team understands that this is often a first apartment experience, and we are committed to making it smooth, supportive, and exceptional. Ready to live better?
