CLUUE develops systems to identify, prioritize and secure critical process knowledge in organizations. Many companies rely on experienced employees whose knowledge is rarely documented but essential for daily operations. As demographic change accelerates knowledge loss, organizations face increasing risks within their processes. CLUUE focuses on making critical process knowledge visible and accessible directly within operational workflows. Our approach combines structured knowledge analysis with AI-supported assistance systems to support decision-making where knowledge is needed most: in the process itself. We currently work with pilot partners to develop and validate our methodology and early-stage knowledge systems.
