We started with a vision in 2015. Today, we are a movement. CMFI-NL Community has spent over a decade building something rare in Newfoundland and Labrador: a space where people from every background and every country are not just included, but celebrated and empowered to lead. We are 3,000+ members strong, representing 40+ countries, serving 400+ persons every year. We show up for newcomers, Black Canadians, women, underrepresented individuals, internationally trained professionals, and youth — anyone who has ever felt on the outside looking in. We open the door wide.
