About CMG Consulta

We are Malta-based experienced professionals who have a passion for working with businesses. We embrace planning and forward thinking with goals in mind and we work to create a sensitivity to the risks involved in achieving these objectives. Our approach is holistic. We look at the overall organisation, its mission, its goals, its driving forces, its sales, marketing, customer relations, growth and people and we work with the business to create a well-rounded approach that is based on a plan covering the various areas of the organisation. We also believe in taking decisions based on data and research and on catering for the consequences of actions. Our experience has led us to value working with organisations, leaders, management teams and other staff to help them set strategy, plan, evolve, grow, develop, execute their plans and run their businesses.
