CMH has grown into a community association management company and became a Licensed CAM Firm in 2012. Owner Cynthia Montsinger Morales is an Orlando, Florida native with a B.A. Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, a Paralegal Certification from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, with an MBA pending from Kaplan University. We use Caliber Accounting and Property Management software for safe and secure storage of your community financial and owner information. We also provide a board and resident portal which allows access to the community documents and owner accounts 24/7. CMH is now offering a mobile application for 'on-the-go' cloud based services to access your account through the BB&T application anywhere, anytime, in the cloud with your mobile device.
