Founded in 1984, CMTS is a professional services firm specializing in project, program, and construction management. We offer expertise in project controls (cost estimating, scheduling, and document control) engineering/architectural design review, value engineering, constructability review, commissioning, inspection services, and emergency management services (debris monitoring and PA services). CMTS serves Aviation, Infrastructure, Transportation, Education, Healthcare, Land Development and Municipal clients across the nation, and has offices in California, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, the US Virgin Islands, and Washington. The firm has completed more than $40B in construction projects and is certified as an M/D/VBE in more than 15 states nationwide.
