Co-Dough was founded by Courtney Brockwell from her passion for baking and commitment to sourcing the highest quality ingredients. As customers began sharing their experience online, demand quickly grew. Videos of Co-Dough’s cinnamon buns- soft pull-apart rolls layered with cinnamon and finished with extra cinnamon drizzle- spread across social media and helped build a loyal following. Based in Newport, Co-Dough focuses on naturally fermented sourdough breads and pastries made fresh with high-quality ingredients. At the center of Co-Dough is the experience: serving baked goods exactly as they should be enjoyed- fresh from the oven, with hot cinnamon buns and nothing less.
