A community-owned and community-led care provider working to enable older and disabled people to lead their best lives through co-produced services. As a democratically governed organisation our goal is to ensure that the needs of the people we support, and our employees are front and centre, aligning their interests to deliver high quality client-centred care and enabling support. Whilst the UK care sector remains in deep structural crisis due to central government inaction and local government underfunding, we are seeking to show that a community-led approach using a cooperative governance model can deliver a sustainable approach.
