About COA | AI Risk & Governance

From August 2026, the EU AI Act applies to every organisation operating in the European Union that uses artificial intelligence. Fines reach up to €35M or 7% of global turnover. Most organisations are underprepared. COA — ComplyOn AI is an independent AI Risk & Governance advisory firm helping organisations navigate the EU AI Act and international AI governance standards. We work with organisations as both Providers and Deployers under the EU AI Act and provide structured, expert advisory services across two core packages: → AI Readiness Assessment: regulatory mapping, risk classification, governance review and remediation roadmap → Full Technical Assessment: everything in the Readiness Assessment, plus bias analysis, model explainability and vendor AI review. Our assessment framework follows five structured phases: risk classification, governance evaluation, documentation review, remediation roadmap, and final reporting. Every engagement concludes with an AI Readiness Rating that gives leadership a clear picture of where they stand. AI Act compliance is not a technical issue but a strategic business decision.
