About Coach and Rise

At Coach and Rise, I work with impact-driven leaders who have achieved professional success but quietly wonder, “Is this it?” From executives to entrepreneurs, I support people who’ve climbed the ladder, only to discover the view feels incomplete, that their ladder may be on the wrong wall. Together, we uncover what’s been buried beneath the noise of achievement, like meaning, energy, and the kind of alignment that rejuvenates and fulfills. My approach blends evidence-based coaching, deep presence, and humor (yes, I’m a stand-up comic too), because sometimes what’s missing isn’t only strategy, but also an internal awareness, or compass, that opens up new pathways and possibilities. In addition to working with high-performers, I mentor both new and seasoned coaches, including ICF and Health & Wellness coaches. Those who want to refine their craft, grow their confidence, and make a bigger impact. Whether they’re building foundational skills or preparing for their next credential, I help coaches deepen their presence, sharpen their questions, and coach the author, not just the story. To learn to coach the being, not only the doing. Coach and Rise isn’t about fixing people. It’s about rising, rising into purpose, authenticity, and connection. Whether you’re at the top and unsure what’s next, or a coach ready to rise into the next version of your work, this is where clarity and courage meet.
