About Coach Group Africa

Coach Group developed a groundbreaking program to empower people to be involved in, and take responsibility for the enhancement and development of their own communities. This program was designed to be implemented over a period of 18 months. This will enable participants to not only learn, but also to go and practice and implement what they’ve learned in their communities during the learning process. It teaches participants about taking responsibility and getting involved when it comes to developing and enhancing their own communities. In the first part of the program, we focus on the self-development of the individuals, after which they will be trained on how to implement the process in the field. They will then go out and conduct case studies in-field and will be trained on an accredited Coaching & Mentoring Course. The program focuses on the relationship between the industries and the community, as there are frequent challenges and conflicts between these parties which can be handled better with the right skills and exposure. Through training, coaching, and mentoring, we cover topics like Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, Decision Making, Compromise etc. to ensure that the community members are equipped with the skills they need to work together with the industries, instead of against.
