We believe in Malleability of Man Our Ambition is to guide individuals and teams towards further Horizons that fit both who they are and where they can and want to go. We stand for delivering Visible Results. Our core values are Authority, Return on Expectations and Credibility. Meanwhile, we have grown to one of the leading providers of business and executive coaching, thanks to our content-related expertise and the international experience of our coaches. Coachinghouse is actively involved in the education and co-operates with Universities (Brussels-Moscow-Bremen). Our ambition is to get the best out of you and your Organization from our offices in the heart of Ghent. We guide individuals and teams on a daily basis from here towards new horizons that fit who they are and where they can and want to go. Through personalised coaching programmes we offer you Insight, Outsight and Farsight: - Insight: which are your personal building blocks to success? How can you excel (even) more? How do you take the lead of your career and your Organization (back) into your own hands? Which impact do you intend to optimize (even) more as a person, as a Team or as an Organisation? - Outsight: into your possibilities, talents and ambitions, … but also outsight into ‘more is in you’ or ‘more is in your Organization’. During the coaching process, you become (more) aware of possibilities that have been unknown to you so far in terms of e.g. your coaching leadership style - Farsight: we guide individuals and teams towards new horizons that fit both who they are and where they can and want to go.
