This device addresses the unmet need to identify and manage patients with an elevated risk of life-threatening bleeding or thrombosis, the major cause of in-hospital preventable death. The innovation also enables coagulation testing at home for 15M patients worldwide who receive oral anticoagulants to prevent venous or arterial thrombosis, the world's number one killer.
