About Coastal Collaborative Trust: People Team

The Coastal Collaborative Trust (CCT) brings together schools and colleges across the Fylde Coast in a partnership of equals. Formed in March 2024 through the conversion of Hodgson Academy to a multi-academy trust, with the proud additions of The Blackpool Sixth Form College, Lytham St Anne’s High School, McKee College, and Chadwick High School. Our Trust was created to serve local students, families, communities, and businesses by working collaboratively to provide opportunities greater than the sum of the parts. Guided by our shared vision and values, we aim to prepare young people for life beyond education and to make a positive, lasting contribution to the communities we serve. We are committed to inclusive growth, strong governance, and authentic collaboration across all partners, ensuring every voice is represented in shaping the future of education in our area.
