Coatings by PCD develops circular manufacturing solutions for the powder coating industry. Through its operating division Surplus Coatings, the company recovers powder coating overspray and converts it into reusable raw material chips and finished powder coatings that re-enter the manufacturing supply chain. Our work supports powder coating manufacturers, applicators, and OEM supply chains seeking to reduce landfill waste, lower disposal costs, and expand the use of recycled materials. Operations are supported by industrial recycling facilities in West Michigan dedicated to powder coating material recovery and circular manufacturing. Diverting millions of pounds of powder coating material from landfill and returning it to manufacturing supply chains.
