I’m a Native Houstonian, graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2005, and have been working as an attorney throughout Texas for over 17 years. Professionally, I love the energy of working with small businesses and being able to set them on a path for growth. A big business starts small! As a Trusted Business Advisor, my extensive real world experience gives me a unique perspective and makes me a valuable asset to my clients. From my own hands-on background, I know your operational funds are precious. Allocation of those funds need to be precise and effective. My specialties include advising start-ups, #HoustonEnergyCorridor industrial and office sales and leasing, investor development, contract law, corporate compliance, commercial transactions, and marketing management. In 2008, I transitioned from a litigation-based practice to in-house counsel roles and have since served as a C-Level Executive in a variety of positions and industries, including Oil & Gas, Entertainment, and Renewable Energy. With over 17 years of executive, cross-industry experience, I am able to effectively advise my clients with any and all of their small business needs.
