About Cocklebury Farmhouse Homes

Cocklebury Farmhouse Homes is a small group of residential homes based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Care in the Cocklebury Farmhouse homes is designed for people who have found it difficult to integrate into the community or settle into a happy life. A person centred approach is utilised for each individual, focusing on their specific wants and needs and concentrating on outcomes that will increase quality of life and overall happiness. A consistent staff team approach and regular structure that each person can respond to, enabling them to take more ownership of the events that are happening in their own lives are cornerstones of the support provided within the homes.
