CoCoCo is a Corporate Venture Builder that co-founds innovation. We don't advise. We don't execute projects. We co-found businesses with corporations in Mexico and Spain. We operate as external entrepreneurial partners for strategic challenges that the corporate system can't execute well from within. We work in 3 scenarios: 1. Projects that don't get off the ground The corporation approved it, but no one has the focus, incentives, or mandate to make it happen. 2. Initiatives that didn't deliver results It was tried internally. It didn't work. It needs a reframe and entrepreneurial execution. 3. Opportunities the system can't build Underutilized assets (brand, distribution, data, infrastructure) with potential to become new independent businesses: StartCorps™.
