With much of global equity market value concentrated in downstream sectors facing structural margin compression, the most compelling opportunities lie inside the value chain: long expanding margins and short contracting ones. Our process combines top-down identification of margin expansion and contraction with deep fundamental stock selection. Portfolio construction emphasizes convexity, downside protection, and low correlation to equity markets. The team brings more than 60 years of combined experience across long/short investing, corporate advisory, and principal investments.
