At Cognitive Tx Solutions, our goal is to assist TBI and I/DD adults and children to foster independence through functional cognitive therapy practices. We have found that functional therapy in familiar environments yields the best possible rehabilitation outcomes. We are NOT a home health agency nor are we traditional therapists. We ARE a team of speech therapists and dietitians who develop individualized treatment plans that are unique to each client.
