Colchester East Hants Hospice Society was founded in 2003 as a grassroots effort to further support people and their families who are dying and grieving beyond what is available through the healthcare system. We receive no core funding and our programs and services and are completely community funded. Creating a safe space for you to understand and navigate grief is the basis of everything that we do.
