About Cold Consultants

Based in Ontario, Canada, Cold Consultants Inc is a consulting engineering firm specializing in commercial and industrial refrigeration system design and engineering. The company was founded in 2024 after recognizing the growing need for independent refrigeration consulting in Canada. Due to the specialized nature of refrigeration engineering, hiring a third-party consultant is almost always more cost-efficient and practical than hiring a specialist to your internal staff. Cold Consultants Inc strives to provide their clients with bespoke cost-saving solutions for all their refrigeration systems needs. Primarily serving Canada's food and pharmaceutical markets, Cold Consultants Inc has a wealth of experience designing cost-optimized refrigeration systems for cold storage, food processing, and 3PL distribution facilities. Unlike a typical construction project, refrigerated facilities come with a slew of additional considerations. By engaging Cold Consultants early in the design process, you are ensuring that these specifics are taken into account, instead of addressing thermal issues as they appear, often after construction has completed.
