About Cold Plunge Coffee

Cold Plunge Coffee is the world’s first contrast therapy coffee shop — combining cold plunge, sauna, and specialty espresso under one roof. Founded in 2023, CpC was built to make the mental clarity and physical resilience of contrast therapy more accessible, social, and consistent. We pair guided cold water immersion and traditional sauna with a Seattle-rooted, Italian-inspired espresso bar to create a daily ritual that fuels performance, recovery, and connection. Our community spans athletes, founders, students, doctors, creatives, and anyone looking to feel better and operate at their best. Cold. Heat. Coffee. Community. Based in Salt Lake City. Built for modern resilience.
