About Collaborating Agencies' Disaster Relief Effort

CADRE is a nonprofit emergency management collaborative that supports local nonprofit, faith-based, and private-sector community disaster relief. We encourage inclusive communication and coordination to develop local resources and connect organizations with needs. CADRE is the Santa Clara County VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster) as part of the national VOAD network.
