We provide senior secured debt to established Australian businesses in the lower middle market — a segment underserved by traditional bank lenders. We provide financing across growth and working capital, acquisitions and add-ons, ownership transitions, and recapitalisations — structured around your requirements, not the constraints of a standardised lending product. We are sector agnostic and invest between $5 and $20 million to companies with strong cash flows across industries including essential services, technology-enabled businesses, manufacturing & industrial, food & agriculture.
