About Columbus Glass Art Center

Columbus Glass Art Center (formerly known as Glass Axis) is a nonprofit dedicated to the education, creation, and celebration of glass art. Located in Franklinton, we house a comprehensive glass-making studio along with public glass art classes and gallery. Our story began when 10 students and graduates from Ohio State University's Glass Art Program founded the organization in 1987. Since then, we've dedicated our space and our time to developing local Columbus art and uplifting artists through our unique craft.
