Come As You Are CIC is a community-led organisation creating safe community spaces for neurodivergent, disabled and SEND children — including those with the highest support needs — and their families. Our Changemakers — a real co-production team of young people, families and volunteers — set the priorities and shape what inclusion looks like in their community spaces. Through The Access Alliance — our professional network of venues and services — we communicate openly and collaborate to make community spaces more inclusive and accessible.
