For individuals: Our mission is to be a supportive and compassionate companion for those who grieve and helpful, encouraging insight for those who comfort them. For Employers: Bereavement and grief cost U.S. companies and organizations over $100 Billion in combined annual revenue each year, more than double the cost of all the other causes of grief combined. Traditional thinking in the workplace is that financial stress is the major cause of grief and stress. However, the death of a loved one is by far the greatest issue for employees. We bring leadership and employees together; teaching them how to encourage each other through losses and creating an atmosphere of support. We also work with HR departments to draft enhanced bereavement policies that offer genuine help to grieving employees.
