About Commerce Vision

Commerce Vision's mission is to simplify B2B commerce for our customers. With solutions spanning ecommerce (CV ecommerce), mobile merchandising & field CRM (Opmetrix) and order processing automation (Lucy), we support all the ways that B2Bs do business. When it comes to B2B, not all commerce solutions are created equal. B2B business processes are unique, and customer requirements can be complex and even confusing to those not native to the space. From custom product catalogues to complex pricing rules and purchase order approval processes, B2B operates in a very particular way. Commerce Vision understands B2B commerce inside and out. For over two decades, our solutions have been built specifically for B2B, from the ground up. In House Implementation - every Commerce Vision solution is designed and implemented directly with our customers, by us. Customer Driven - our products are the result of 20 years (and counting) of direct customer feedback. Our long-term customer relationships fuel continual improvement, with new feature releases being informed by direct experiences with B2B businesses. As our solutions evolve, every customer benefits. We Build It, We Support It - with Customer Satisfaction scores consistently over 90%, we stand by our customers long after the go live. Our commitment to direct, local support means Commerce Vision customers always have a partner close by, with a direct line to the people who designed, built and implemented their solution Platform. People. Results. It’s what we’re known for, and it’s what sets us apart.
