About Communa

Communa is revolutionizing the "last-feet" logistics and distribution with the world's first and smallest automated logistics platform tailored for buildings and multifamily communities. As online shopping continues to surge, building lobbies have become overwhelmed with deliveries and parcels, turning them into bustling logistics hubs that demand extensive human effort. Communa addresses this challenge by harnessing the power of robotics and AI to adapt industrial automation solutions for residential and commercial buildings. With Communa, property owners and operators can significantly reduce labor costs while upgrading the resident experience and unlocking new revenue opportunities, ultimately boosting their Net Operating Income (NOI) and enhancing operational efficiency.
