Community Connect Behavioral Counseling is a virtual mental health group practice serving individuals and families across the state of Tennessee. Our mission is to help clients feel heard, stay connected, and be well through accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based care. We offer a continuum of outpatient services, including: Individual Therapy Group Therapy Family & Couples Counseling Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – launching soon Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) – in development Our team of licensed clinicians (LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs) brings expertise in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. We are deeply committed to culturally responsive and trauma-informed care, ensuring that each client receives personalized support in a safe and affirming environment.
