Today, the Community Enrichment Fitness Network is on a mission to empower individuals to make a permanent healthy lifestyle change. The nonprofit provides nutrition and fitness education programs for adults, seniors, and children through its six-week workshops in Philadelphia, PA and the Delaware Valley.
