We partner with local communities, governments, and organizations at all stages of the development process and across the housing spectrum. Our experience spans temporary homelessness relief to affordable housing to workforce solutions to first-time home ownership. Addressing Homelessness - Thoughtful approaches to a complex problem. We specialize in community-based strategic plans for unhoused neighbors, focusing on shelter planning, safe parking, and safe outdoor space. We know that community engagement and buy-in are key for any measure to succeed. Building Capacity-Laying the groundwork for ongoing flourishing. Our end goal is to see communities thrive over the long haul. We help build capacity through grant writing, technical assistance, training and educational courses, and coalition building. Catalyzing Systems Change Championing policies for a brighter tomorrow. Our systems are broken and often exclude the most marginalized, vulnerable, and affected voices. We are working to change that through policy development and advocacy at the state and local levels.
