About Community Mindfulness Project

Community Mindfulness Project is a nonprofit that empowers all people to lead healthier lives by expanding access to mindfulness tools. For over 10 years, we have expanded access to mindfulness tools through sessions, training and courses, reaching over 40,000 participants in public schools, community colleges, and libraries, and with nonprofit partners that serve our community members with the highest unmet healthcare needs. We envision a world where mindfulness is a broadly-distributed, community-based skillset.
