About Community Run Camps

CRC Sports Group is an athlete-led sports platform built to deliver elite training, mentorship, and community-driven development experiences. Founded by former high school teammates Tommy Garofalo and Chris Patterson, CRC was created to bring college-level coaching back to the communities that shaped us. What began as Community Run Camps has grown into a broader model focused on high-quality, locally operated events led by current and former collegiate athletes. Our approach is simple: • Elite coaching • Local roots • Long-term mentorship We partner with standout student-athletes to run camps and development experiences in their hometowns, creating meaningful impact both on and off the field. CRC Sports Group is built on the belief that athletes are more than players — they are leaders, role models, and builders within their communities. Camps and new initiatives launch this season.
