About Companion Health Group

Companion Health Group is a family-owned and operated company, that provides a continuum of health care services giving patients and their families distinct options to choose from as they select the level of care they require. Companion’s offerings range from customized home health care services to palliative care designed to manage pain andsymptoms for those suffering from a serious illness to hospice care that improves the quality of life when the end is near. A patient may be appropriate for one, or all, of these services at different points in their life. Based and founded in Orange County, Companion now operates throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Riverside County, as well as in Arizona and Texas. For 25 years, Companion has been dedicated to making each patient’s journey filled with comfort, compassion, and extraordinary care.
