Founded in 2015, Compass Bioinformatics provides generative-Al and machine learning (ML)-based bioinformatics platforms and services to analyze complex next-generation sequencing data. We integrate patient phenotypes into the algorithms to predict the most putative genes and variants for each case. With offices in Hsinchu (Taiwan), Tokyo (Japan), and Austin, Texas (USA), we are passionate about serving our patients and customers in the biotech, research and medical/clinical arenas.
