Since our foundation on 1 April 1978 we have been concentrating on the pharmaceutical industry (incl. API production) and on biotechnology. As Europe’s leading advanced training and information services provider in the area of pharmaceutical quality assurance and drug quality (Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Distribution Practices) Concept Heidelberg develops and organises more than 350 seminars and conferences in 10 European countries. In addition to own events, Concept Heidelberg also organises events on behalf of and in cooperation with various institutions. Furthermore, we support our customers with providing them varied GMP/GDP Services like for example: in-house Trainings, e-learning, Consulting. Those Services accompany them in realising regulatory compliance on a day-to-day basis. In the pharmaceutical industry, companies are obliged by law to comply with strict quality standards based on national and international regulatory guidelines like the GMP guides (Good Manufacturing Practice), providing information on quality assurance and drug safety. In these guides companies manufacturing drug products find the general requirements relative to documentation, premises, hygiene and process safety.
