Unlike generic AI tools, ConFlip helps people understand their situation, know their options, and choose appropriate next steps, whether they are dealing with everyday workplace tensions or serious integrity violations. The platform provide employees a space to gain orientation, reflect, and prepare constructive action. Where situations require it, ConFlip supports structured documentation and targeted matching to internal (e.g. HR, ombudsperson) or external experts (e.g. mediators, legal professionals). ConFlip closes a critical gap in workplace support: the space between informal tensions and formal escalation. It helps individuals address issues before they become crises and supports organisations in moving from reactive case management toward structured prevention. Built in collaboration with research partners and mediation practitioners, ConFlip combines conversational AI with structured decision logic and Swiss-hosted privacy infrastructure. This ensures reliable guidance in sensitive situations while preserving user autonomy, trust, and control. The result is healthier workplaces, stronger duty-of-care fulfilment, and reduced societal costs linked to unresolved workplace risks.
