About Congregation Beth El of Montgomery County

Beth El is an egalitarian synagogue in Bethesda, Maryland that provides diverse ways of worship in the Conservative tradition. Beth El also provides a very strong sense of tradition, a warm and caring community, strong and diverse programming, and outstanding educational opportunities for all ages. At Beth El, we pray, learn, sing, dance, celebrate, schmooze, debate, and, last but not least, eat. Our full schedule of services, classes, and programs offers ways for us to share a vibrant, communal Jewish life. At Beth El, we are accepting of differences and embrace what makes each of us unique.
