About Conifer Counseling and Therapy Services
Mental Health Services for individuals, couples, and families. We provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing a range of modalities to meet your unique needs effectively. We offer several groups and events to prevent isolation and promote community wellness. Our groups and events are free of charge, so there are no barriers to seeking care. Additionally, our on-site Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners offer medication management to optimize mental health outcomes through monitoring, adjusting, and ensuring proper use of medications for various mental health concerns.
