About Coniferous

Coniferous is a worker-owned software studio that helps small teams simplify complex systems and ship products people enjoy using. Founded by experienced engineers and a product manager from Amazon, we bring the rigor of building at scale to every engagement -- without the overhead of a large consultancy. Our team has shipped production systems serving millions of users across logistics, identity, fraud prevention, and real-time tracking. We use AI tooling daily to move at a pace that used to require much larger teams. Faster timelines, lower total cost -- not cheaper rates, fewer hours to the same outcome. Our services: - System simplification and consolidation - Product engineering (concept through launch) - UX and interface refinement - Technical leadership during transitions - Legacy codebase modernization
