We provide guidance in org structure and culture, program design, innovation & social enterprise (including IDD-vetted franchise options), marketing & brand, story telling, fundraising strategy, community engagement, mobility and transportation challenges, research & data, grant strategy, financial strategy and creative funding approaches, and general non-profit best practices.
