The firm has produced commercial due diligence on over £7 billion of transactions in the UK health and social care market in the last 12 months, which represents a sizeable market share. Our team produces detailed, high quality and reliable reports and has worked on over 300 commercial due diligence reports and strategic projects in the last 9 years. We’ve worked with a range of investors in the healthcare space, including leading private equity firms, infrastructure funds, hedge funds, banks and operators. We have an in-depth knowledge of the markets we serve; Clare Connell, our Chief Executive and Founder, has worked in strategy consulting for over 22 years and has won two HealthInvestor Power 50 awards for healthcare sector experts. We have also won the healthInvestor Consultancy of the Year Award in 2016 & 2021; and the LaingBuisson Management Consultant of the Year awards in 2019 and 2020.
