About Connexus Recruitment

We are Connexus Recruitment, advocates for people and businesses in their journey to professional success - the nexus between great companies and talented individuals across Australia and New Zealand’s design and construct sector. With over thirty-five years of combined experience recruiting exclusively within this space, our consultants are amongst some of the best in the industry. We are proud to have connected talented individuals from across the globe with some of ANZ's most recognised employers across the Built Environment and to have built a comprehensive understanding of the sectors in which we work. We take a boutique and consultative approach to recruitment, focusing on honest, long-term partnerships over one-off transactions. Unlike other recruiters, we choose not to operate on KPIs, preferring to spend time networking and intimately getting to know the individuals & companies that we represent. This means that when you are looking for that next career move, we have the understanding and relationships to connect you with prospective employees that align with your values and ambitions. When you're looking to hire, we'll know where to look for those hard-to-find candidates! We recruit in the following sectors, from entry-level through to executive-level positions: - Building Services Engineering - Civil Engineering - Structural Engineering - Architecture & Interior Design - Sustainability & ESD - Client-Side Project Management - Development Management - Construction - ICT, Smart Buildings & Workplace Technology - Digital Engineering & BIM
