Our Family law director, Laura Clapton advises individuals on relationship breakdown including divorce proceedings, property and finances and child related issues. They also advise on asset protection including pre & post nuptial agreements. Laura Clapton is an accredited family mediator under FMCA offering an all issues family mediation service. As a lawyer and mediator, Laura takes a constructive and non-confrontational approach whilst also acting robustly as litigators. At Consilia Legal we also offer workplace mediation.
