Empowering Smarter, Healthier, and More Efficient Homes — Built to Last At Construction Instruction (Ci), we help you transform the way homes are built. Backed by over 70 years of combined expertise from industry leaders Mark LaLiberte, Justin Wilson, and Gord Cooke, Ci is a trusted authority in building science education and implementation. We equip home builders, HVAC pros, architects, and energy consultants with hands-on training and actionable, science-based solutions to improve home performance—boosting energy efficiency, durability, indoor air quality, and comfort. Whether you’re tackling complex moisture issues, fine-tuning HVAC systems, or pursuing net-zero and high-performance goals, Ci provides real-world strategies tailored to your projects. For construction teams, we work directly with builders, trade partners, purchasing agents, and field staff to identify risks, cut down on callbacks, and improve build quality from the ground up. Our Experience Center offers a unique testing lab for Applied Product Testing—where manufacturers can trial and refine products, assemblies, and installation methods. We also offer Custom Animation services to bring installation instructions to life, reducing errors and enhancing training across the board.
